At Hotel the Lutheran hereafter "the Hotel"), we recognize that the handling of guests' personal information is important in order for our guests to enjoy their time at the hotel, and we take responsibility to carefully manage and handle that information. Basic philosophy regarding protection of personal information.

The hotel and Gran Vista Group collect and use personal information (name, address, phone number, gender, birth date, email address, etc) only as needed for the following purposes:

• as needed to provide services for lodging, meals, weddings, parties, facility use, and sales of goods.
• In order to confirm details, contact guests, answer inquiries, send items, send invoices, and perform surveys.
• In order to send information deemed useful to guests via mail or email.
• Data for marketing purposes that is aggregated and does not reveal individual details.

Protection and Management of Personal Information.

In order that personal information is not leaked or tampered with, the hotel will protect and manage it based on internal policies.
In order to provide the best service, the hotel may delegate handling of personal information to a trusted third party.
In such a case, the hotel will give instructions to the third party and monitor it to ensure that guests' personal information is properly protected and managed.

Regarding Provision of Personal Information.

Without guest permission, the hotel will not provide any personal information to any third party, other than the one that we have contracted with to handle the information. However, the information may be released without guest permission if requested by a legal entity such as a court or the police.

Release, amending, and deletion of personal information.

If the hotel receives a request from a guest to release, amend, or delete their personal information, the hotel will provide the ability to do so immediately after completing the needed process.

Please understand that the hotel cannot take responsibility for the handling of personal information by sites linked to by the hotel.

Regarding Amendments to the Privacy Policy.

If the privacy policy is amended, notice will be made on the hotel homepage.
