ＱWhen are check in and check out?
As a rule, check in is available from 2pm, and check out is by 11am. This may change depending on your selected plan.
ＱCan the check out time be extended?
Requests can be accommodated, so please contact the front desk with details.
(Depending on the booking situations, there may be some days when we cannot accommodate these requests)
ＱAre there any rooms suitable for disabled guests?
For people using wheelchairs, there is one twin room that has linoleum flooring.
Ｑ Is it possible to share a bed with children? Is there an additional cost?
There is no additional charge to share a bed with children. Please note that we do not provide towels and other amenities for children.
ＱAre there any rooms with a view of Osaka Castle?
From some rooms, it is possible to see a little bit of Osaka Castle between other buildings.
ＱAre there any non-smoking rooms?
The rooms on floors 5 through 9 are non-smoking. These rooms are limited, so please reserve them as soon as possible.
Ｑ Can you hold on to luggage before check in and after check out?
We can hold it for you at the front desk.
ＱCan I send luggage in advance?
If you let us know the date of arrival of the luggage and your full name, we will take care of it until check in. We do not accept shipments that require payment on arrival.
ＱIs it okay if my arrival will be earlier (or later) than expected?
If your plans will change significantly, please let us know.
ＱIs there a curfew?
There is no curfew.
ＱIs there a convenience store nearby?
There is a Seven-Eleven within one minute from the hotel, and Family Mart, and Lawson locations within a three-minute walk.
ＱAre there restaurants nearby?
There are izakayas, fast food restaurants, and more.
ＱCan I send packages from the hotel?
We can handle this at the front desk.
ＱI need to leave very early in the morning. Can I check out at any time?
We accept check out at the front desk, 24 hours a day.
ＱCan I pay with a credit card?

There is no room service.
ＱCan I get a massage in my room?
We provide in-room massage service. Please inquire at the front desk. Pricing is as follows:
50 minutes: ¥5500(incl. tax), 30 minutes: ¥3520(incl. tax)
ＱIs there coin laundry?
There is coin laundry in the basement.
The washing machine is ¥300(incl. tax), and the dryer is ¥100(incl. tax) for 10 minutes.
