What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note, times may vary depending on your booking plan.

Can I extend my check-out time?

Yes, you can extend your check-out time until 2:00 PM for an additional JPY1,000 (tax included) per person, per hour.
If you'd like to extend beyond 3:00 PM, the charge will be equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay.
Please note that extensions may not be available, as they are subject to room availability.

Is there a curfew? Will it be alright if I arrive later than expected?

There is no curfew.
If your arrival is later than 11:00 PM, please kindly inform the hotel in advance.

What is the accommodation tax?

This is an extra-purpose tax introduced in 2017 to promote tourism in Osaka Prefecture. Regardless of the payment method, the tax rate is applied according to the accommodation fee. For more details, please refer to the 'Osaka Prefecture Accommodation Tax' on the official Osaka Prefecture website.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

We have non-smoking floors available on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th floors. Please note that room availability is limited, so we recommend making your reservation early.

Is there a designated smoking area?

There is a smoking area at the far end of the vending machine corner on the 3rd floor. It is available for use by all guests of the building.

Are there barrier-free rooms?

Yes, we offer a wheelchair-accessible twin room with hardwood floors.

Is it allowed for children to share the bed? Is there an additional charge for this?

Children under 6 can stay with their parents for free, but towels and other amenities are not provided.
Children aged 6 and over should pay the same price as adults.

Kindly write the check-in date and the guest's full name (as per the reservation) on your luggage, and we will gladly store it until check-in. Please note that C.O.D. is not accepted.

We offer both prepaid and cash-on-delivery parcel services via Kuroneko Yamato at the reception. We also sell packing materials such as cardboard boxes and suitcase covers. Please note that payments for the delivery fees can only be made in cash.

For banquet use, parking is free for up to 3 hours. After that, an hourly parking fee will apply. For meetings, the parking fee is JPY330 per 30 minutes. (tax included)
